Sales Account Executive for Premium Lighting Brand
INAUTALENT is a fast-growing, design-led lighting company specializing in premium designer lighting solutions for residential and commercial customers. They are seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to manage inbound enquiries, develop client relationships, and close high-value lighting sales in a consultative manner.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales enquiries and qualify prospective customers
Act as the first point of contact for new leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present and sell premium lighting solutions in a consultative manner
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and follow-up
Maintain an accurate and well-organised sales pipeline using the CRM
Follow a structured sales process and participate in ongoing sales training
Complete required administrative and reporting tasks
Represent the brand professionally with strong product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally transactional or project-based sales to SMB customers
Strong phone and video communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools
Commercially minded, results-driven, and accountable for outcomes
Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
Close a minimum of 10 quotes per month
Maintain a close rate of at least 35 percent
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
