Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Finance
Proven skills in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
Expertise in Retirement Planning and helping clients achieve financial security
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Life and Health Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
