Internship, Technical Program Manager, Cell Manufacturing (Summer 2026)
Tesla is a leading electric vehicle and clean energy company, and they are seeking a Technical Program Manager Intern for the Cell Manufacturing team. The intern will work closely with engineers and managers to develop timelines, track risks, and support new product introduction changes in the production lines.

Responsibilities
Work with engineers and managers to develop timelines, track risks, track progress, and provide outputs for cross-functional teams
Define software features, get them integrated on the manufacturing line and solve problems that fall outside the scope of software developers
Lead manufacturing ramp and tool activity coordination, supporting new product introduction changes/trials in the production/manufacturing lines
Manage technical projects from project concept and launch through the entire project lifecycle, from idea through Tesla scale mass production
Drive projects to expand throughput through continuous improvement projects and new capacity installations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in an Engineering program such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field
Strong communication and documentation skills
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and demonstrated ability to leverage this understanding to solve technical problems
