As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-impact support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Provide calendar, meeting, and inbox support for multiple senior executives, proactively resolving conflicts and tracking priorities

Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups, ensuring key decisions and action items move forward

Draft, edit, and manage communications and updates across teams using tools like Slack, Notion, and Outlook

Partner cross-functionally to support operational and strategic initiatives across Business Operations and Software

Help organize team events, culture initiatives, onboarding activities, and on-site logistics for leadership

Required

5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, ideally in fast-paced, tech-forward or high-growth environments

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working across a range of stakeholders

High degree of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism

Proficiency with Outlook, Slack, and Notion

Preferred

Experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments

Strong project coordination skills and ability to track cross-functional deliverables

Experience managing team events, office ops, or internal communications

Comfort working in a dynamic and evolving organizational structure
