Responsibilities
Partner with IAM and architecture teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into global strategies, aligning with business goals and security regulations
Design AI-augmented solutions to boost intelligence, automation, and adaptive features across IAM platforms
Architect and embed AI-based innovations like adaptive access control, predictive threat detection, and identity analytics
Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
Define governance models and guardrails for the safe, auditable deployment of AI and Agentic AI agents
Develop tailored identity strategies for AI agents, including unique lifecycles, entitlements, and ownership structures
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on leveraging Agentic AI for improved identity operations, user experience, and risk mitigation
Collaborate with data and platform teams to align with enterprise AI governance and model management frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, or a related field
12+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in Information Security
6+ years of hands-on Identity & Access Management expertise
2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML systems, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity domains
Extensive experience with enterprise IAM platforms, including SailPoint (IGA), Entra ID (Microsoft ecosystem), and exposure to Okta, CyberArk, Ping, or similar
Proven expertise in Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, reinforcement-based agents, and decision engines
Strong knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent AI orchestration standards for secure integrations
Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all levels, including senior leadership, both verbally and in writing
Preferred
Hands-on experience designing or governing Agentic AI agents for workflow orchestration, decision automation, or identity operations
Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalents
Proven track record providing architectural guidance, roadmaps, optimization, and migration strategies in diverse environments
Strong skills in articulating AI and identity concepts to non-technical stakeholders
