Responsibilities

Serving as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts
Coordinating calls, follow-ups, action items, and next steps across internal teams and external stakeholders
Scheduling, managing, and leading customer check-ins and working sessions during U.S. business hours
Tracking commitments, notes, decisions, and action items, and ensuring they are followed through to completion
Proactively identifying risks, gaps, or unresolved issues and driving them to resolution
Translating customer needs into clear, actionable internal requests (and translating internal context back to customers)
Maintaining clean, accurate records of conversations, decisions, and ongoing work
Helping customers navigate processes, timelines, and expectations clearly and honestly

Required

Experience in account management, client operations, or customer-facing roles within contact center, CCaaS, or similarly complex operational environments
Experience coordinating multi-threaded workstreams, projects, or programs that require sequencing, structure, and follow-through
Comfort working with customers who run time-sensitive operations and expect clear communication and consistent execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document discussions, decisions, and next steps
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, priorities, and active initiatives without losing detail or momentum
High attention to detail, consistency, and follow-through in day-to-day execution
Experience working with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, project management tools, or internal tracking systems
Due to the nature of this role and the data it handles, candidates must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S

Preferred

Telecom, messaging, or compliance experience is helpful, but not required
