Responsibilities
Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Lead growth strategy and planning aligned to business and performance goals
Manage and mentor an in-house team of media buyers, analysts, and an in-house performance creative design team
Translate client objectives into clear internal priorities and direction
Oversee paid media execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and similar platforms
Partner closely with the in-house performance creative design team to guide creative strategy and iteration
Review performance data and ensure insights turn into action
Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning conversations
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers
Support both early-stage brands building structure and scaled brands managing complexity
Qualification
Required
2+ years of client-facing experience in an agency or performance marketing environment
2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, directly managing campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar platforms
Experience managing or leading media buyers, analysts, and performance creative teams
Strong understanding of performance creative and its role in paid media success
Proven experience working with eCommerce brands, ideally on Shopify
Experience supporting startup or early-stage brands
Experience working with larger-scale accounts, including $250K+ monthly media budgets
Strategic, analytical, and comfortable owning outcomes
Clear, confident communicator with strong client presence
Preferred
Background in fashion, luxury, apparel, or beauty is a strong plus
