Ensure proper orientation and compliance for new hires
Oversee HR staff tasks in branch offices and provide guidance on complex issues
Investigate sensitive matters, administer accommodations, and attend exit reviews as needed
Recommend new training approaches and policies for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years HR or office-related experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
