Responsibilities

Quality Control : Ensure the daily operations are performed at the highest quality and efficiency standards

Warehouse: Assist in warehouse operations including general cleanliness and organization, inventory control, supply management, furniture and product quality, set up and breakdown preparations

Apartment Inspections: Perform apartment inspections using quality control checklists found in the Breezeway platform. You will be in charge of completing these checklists from start to finish. This will involve inspecting apartments, replacing missing items, reporting repairs to the complexes and your supervisor, and communicating with housekeepers about the quality of work

Housekeepers: Quality assurance for housekeeping staff with respect to maintaining Compass standards of cleanliness and order

Work Orders: Perform various maintenance requests including making key arrangements for new clients, picking up and dropping items at apartment complexes, purchasing supplies, providing access to apartments for vendors, troubleshooting problems in apartments, meeting and greeting guests, and minor apartment and appliance repairs

General Maintenance: General maintenance and upkeep of interior and exterior apartment conditions as determined during audits and inspections. If you see something, say something!

On Call Support: You will be part of a paid rotating on call support schedule

Furniture Maintenance (Setups, Breakdowns, Swaps): You are responsible for building, taking apart, and moving compass furniture in and out of apartments during the course of our lease terms as well as during new acquisition or termination of our leases. Your job is to make sure our furniture is cared for and remains in good condition during transition as well as in storage at the warehouse
