Responsibilities

Perform building maintenance tasks including but not limited to: cleaning, graffiti removal, wall patching and painting, moving (internal to building), preventative maintenance checks and services, limited electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks

Support school activities and events by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up. Open assigned building at established times when applicable

Perform outdoor maintenance including sweeping steps, entryways, and alcoves, picking up trash, and emptying outdoor garbage receptacles. Remove snow and ice from walkways and entryways. Pressure wash exterior sidewalks once a year

Respond to all school radio and cell phone calls for service. May need to perform emergency biohazard cleanups

Audit facilities and report maintenance needs to the appropriate supporting entity

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
