Responsibilities
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience; or Master's degree with 0 years of experience; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Must be a US citizen and have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and utilizing metrics in Excel, and SharePoint. Strong data analytic skill set required
Experience working within an Integrated Product Team
Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of large projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and multitask
Preferred
Knowledge of Common Product Life Cycle Management (CPLM), Digital Engineering Environment (DEE), or Teamcenter to support Engineering Release lifecycle
Proficiency in creating, maintaining and utilizing metrics in Tableau
Understanding of Manufacturing Environment and operations
Experience in program stand up
Experience with schedule management, risk management and performance management
Capability to create and conduct high level briefings
Experience leading a team
Prior Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Manufacturing experience
