Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution for the TruData modernization initiative
Serve as the primary interface with FMCSA leadership, COR, and technical teams
Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and deliverables
Oversee execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and SOO objectives
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across technical workstreams
Ensure compliance with FAR, TAR, Privacy Act, FISMA, and DOT security standards
Support Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) execution
Provide status reports, briefings, and performance metrics to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
8+ years of IT project management experience
Demonstrated experience managing federal or large-scale government programs
Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred
PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification
Experience with AWS data platforms (Amazon Redshift preferred)
Prior DOT or FMCSA experience
