Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of producers who bring marketing campaigns to life
Coordinate the production of marketing content across multiple channels
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards
Focus on operational excellence and flawless execution
Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce impactful marketing assets
Manage and evolve a multi-disciplined production team within Marketing
Drive efficiency and innovation in how we create content
Ensure every piece of work meets business objectives and brand standards

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher, and a minimum of six years of business/digital interaction or design experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of business/digital interaction or design experience

Preferred

Proven experience leading and managing a team of producers, driving successful executions of video and marketing projects across diverse channels (e.g., TV, digital/social, experiential, email, and print)
Proven ability to mentor and develop producers, fostering a collaborative team culture that prioritizes operational excellence and drives outstanding results
Expertise coordinating all aspects of production logistics, including location scouting, equipment procurement, crew scheduling, vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, and resource planning
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement standardized production workflows and standard methodologies, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency across projects
Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, external vendors, and production partners, coupled with the ability to negotiate contracts and manage external spend to deliver seamless production services and equipment procurement
