Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in case preparation, client communication, deposition scheduling, and document management
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Handle civil litigation filing and maintain strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, discovery, and trial preparation

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in employment or class action law
Civil litigation filing experience required
Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, discovery, and trial preparation
Skilled in drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Ability to assist attorneys in case preparation, client communication, deposition scheduling, and document management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal database software with strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to handle multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
Experience supporting complex litigation, class action, or wage-and-hour cases
Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication, research, and client service skills
