Responsibilities

Support Wellview with a strong focus on project initiation and coordination

Work closely with users, providing facetime and guidance on system usage

Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and help keep projects moving

Provide backend application support in the analytics space

Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, integrations, and errors

Support integration work involving a recent merger

Validate data ingestion and investigate root causes of failure

Act as a partner to the other analyst, sharing travel and onsite responsibilities

Travel to field offices in Utah, the Permian, Houston, and Catarina

Help move new projects forward and provide reliable application support for the business
