Responsibilities
Define and manage scalable community programs that support business goals and community growth
Use data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and community impact
Collaborate with community moderators, product teams, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with product and community strategy
Drive innovation in community experiences to increase engagement and learning
Create engaging and visually impactful demos that showcase Dynamics 365 ERP features, use cases, and benefits
Tailor demos to specific audiences, emphasizing relevant scenarios and industry applications
Collaborate with product teams to stay up to date on the latest features and enhancements
Deliver polished presentations that leave a lasting impression
Handle unexpected situations with adaptability
Understanding of Dynamics 365 ERP, AI capabilities, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, MCP, Agents, etc.)
Demonstrate how to configure, optimize, and showcase intelligent ERP processes and AI-driven ERP scenarios
Address technical questions and challenges related to real-world implementations, security, and governance of ERP solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing or editing role
OR equivalent experience
Preferred
2+ years of experience in delivering technical presentations, demos, public speaking, or similar roles
2+ years of experience with storyboarding, narrative development, and storytelling techniques in the context of developing product demonstrations
Experience presenting live demos at large-scale conferences and industry events
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging conversations with poise
Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as consulting or technical sales
Basic video recording and editing experience with tools like Camtasia, Clipchamp, OBS, or others
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 ERP and familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, or other ERP solutions
