Responsibilities
New Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify Channel Partner candidates, develop relationships through cold calling, and other prospecting methods
Partner Training: Convey Metronet’s Value Proposition; Review Product, Pricing and Procedures; Demonstrate Metronet’s on-line tools and resources; Support and manage the efforts of external agents involved in the sale of Metronet services
Develop strong relationships with our current channel partners to bring added awareness to the Metronet brand
Provide proposals and presentations, assist agents in managing their customers and prospects
Coordinate regular outreach to current agent base to promote training programs
Document lessons learned and implement new best practices
Other job-related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and self-driven with a minimum of 3-5 years of indirect telecom sales experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Proven work experience in a similar role
Willingness to work as a team and independently
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential
Ability to travel as needed to support territory
Ability to meet and exceed sales quota and sales goals
Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
