Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee operations activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards

Manage materials and supply chain logistics, including vendor communication and tracking of parts for development builds

Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering programs

Create, manage, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy in engineering changes, drawings, and documentation

Ownership and overseeing shipping logistics, including vendor shipments, supply orders, test equipment, and returns

Maintain approved vendor lists, purchase orders, and at-risk material summaries

Serve as a liaison between design, engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
