Senior Coordinator, Cash Application Reconciliation Specialist

Responsibilities
Maintain daily cash reconciliation processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved
Perform manual payment posting and reconciliation
Conduct forward balance reconciliation to identify and resolve outstanding balances
Research and analyze provider-level adjustments (PLBs) to ensure accurate application and reporting
Communicate effectively with payers and clients to resolve issues, clarify discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships
Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and improve reconciliation processes
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of Specialty Healthcare industry practices
Specialty Healthcare industry knowledge
At least 1 year of cash reconciliation experience
Preferred
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Bachelor Degree preferred
