Responsibilities

Maintain existing CSM Pro ServiceNow Deployment focusing on supporting Contact Center agents
Ability to inspect and write JavaScript code inside ServiceNow using the Glide API
Develop new ServiceNow integrations to various platforms such as Jira or AWS Connect
Develop new features inside various ServiceNow modules, or create new modules entirely
Maintain and extend ServiceNow integration into our custom platform
Create and manage User Accounts for Contact Center users
Maintain ServiceNow User Generated Content (UGC) system
Maintain ServiceNow Content Management System (CMS)

Required

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
Maintain existing CSM Pro ServiceNow Deployment focusing on supporting Contact Center agents

Develop new features inside various ServiceNow modules, or create new modules entirely

Maintain ServiceNow Content Management System (CMS)
Bachelor's Degree
Security Clearance: Public Trust, United States Citizen required

Preferred

Strong knowledge of IVR systems, contact center operations, and customer service solutions
Experience working with AWS services, particularly AWS Connect
Experience with other AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc
ServiceNow System Administrator certification
