Responsibilities

Mastering the full scope of the contract, you ensure every step of the process is executed efficiently, timely, and with meticulous attention to detail, closing every transaction flawlessly

Diligently reviewing all paperwork to guarantee that each document is complete, accurate, and ready, ensuring that escrow closes seamlessly and on schedule

Collaborating with lenders and underwriters to ensure all financial details are precisely managed, from funding to completion, leaving no room for error

Cultivating and nurturing strong, lasting connections with key industry players – agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and government agencies – to facilitate smooth, well-coordinated transactions

Proactively reaching out to new agents, earning their trust and confidence, while creating marketing opportunities that promote our business and retain agents through exceptional service

Mentoring and training escrow assistants, providing clear direction, delegating tasks, auditing work, and fostering professional growth to create a thriving team

Present at every closing, you ensure that the final step is not only smooth but also a positive and memorable experience for agents and buyers alike

Required
