Responsibilities
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of emergency power systems, electrical distribution systems, UPS systems, and associated equipment
Support troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical malfunctions, system failures, and design modifications
Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, including 120V, 208V, 277V, 480V, and medium-voltage systems up to 12,470V
Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, work orders, and manufacturer documentation
Participate in preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance
Support electrical and mechanical systems tied to data center and critical infrastructure environments
Serve as an escort for vendors and contractors when required
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach while performing additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ year of hands-on experience in commercial electrical maintenance or repair
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver's license
Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems and safety practices
Ability to read and interpret schedules, drawings, and technical documentation
Willingness to complete technical training for UPS systems, data center equipment, and critical power infrastructure
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
