Visit dealerships to assess and improve service operations
Support and train staff on complex vehicle diagnostics
Resolve technical issues with engineering teams
Evaluate customer buyback vehicles and manage related documentation
Serve as an expert witness in Lemon Law and warranty cases
Develop action plans for better service and happier customers
Promote best practices and service department achievement across locations
Review warranty and goodwill claims
Qualification
Required
Have 4+ years of technical experience (automotive preferred) and 2+ years in DTS/TECH LINE or similar leadership
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
Know your way around automotive, mechanical, and electronic systems
Communicate clearly, manage tasks well, and excel in a virtual office setup
Embrace diverse ideas and put customer needs first
Meet MVR requirements and can travel for day or overnight trips
