Responsibilities
Coordinate the integration and migration of Corporate Financial Systems, supporting systems, and processes in the Loss Reserving space (Premiums and Loss Data)
Partner with Corporate Finance business and IT partners to support the corporate systems portfolio
Serve as a liaison between the business, IT, and vendors to ensure systems provide necessary services and technology
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
Preferred
Experience implementing or supporting system interfaces, user functionality, and various system environments including in-house and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
Insurance industry experience
Strong ability to digest detailed information and apply critical thinking skills to business requirements, specifically in the Finance and Accounting areas
Proficient in generating options and facilitating decisions across business and IT partners, while outlining business processes and system solutions
Experience gathering business and technical requirements, coordinating testing, and ensuring all deliverables stay on time, on target, and on budget
