Procom is representing Charles Schwab, which is looking for a mid-level User Experience (UX) Designer to enhance the experience for their global network of employees. The role involves collaborating with other designers and researchers to develop new features and improvements for multiple products.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end product experience with a focus on user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Drive design direction that aligns with user research
Identify opportunities for design and process improvements and drive their implementation
Communicate with product teams and stakeholders to build relationships, understand their vision, and present creative ideas and solutions
Foster a collaborative design process with product owners, designers, researchers, and tech partners to produce deliverables
Leverage and contribute to our design system and component library
Educate other teams on the benefits of UX

Required

3-5 years of experience as a user experience designer
BA degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrable experience in UX design methods, best practices, deliverables, and tools
Strong understanding of usability principles and techniques
Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive user flows and interactive patterns
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at every level
Skilled in Sketch, Figma and or Adobe CS

Preferred

CRM experience (Salesforce) - major PLUS
A11y knowledge/experience
Team player attitude with an openness and desire to learn and develop with problem-solving mindset
