Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and on-site environment
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred but not required
