Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews, including virtual and onsite interviews, across multiple hiring stakeholders

Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates

Maintain accurate and timely updates within the ATS (UKG), including candidate status changes and dispositioning

Support structured early-stage candidate screening based on predefined criteria and screening questions

Track recruiting activity to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process

Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and operational tasks to maintain recruiting workflows and timelines, including offer letters, and pre-employment contingency process

Ensure a professional, consistent candidate experience throughout early stages of the hiring process
