The role involves overseeing DoD programs, driving strategic initiatives, and providing technical guidance in space systems and RF.

Responsibilities

Oversee full program scope and ensure delivery excellence across all phases

Define and implement PMO functions to meet scope, schedule, and contractual requirements

Provide expertise in space systems and RF to support technical execution and resolve challenges

Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies (DARPA, SDA, NRO, AFRL) and industry partners

Manage budgets, monitor cost performance, and deliver accurate financial forecasts

Lead proposal development and RFI responses, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

A minimum of 10 years in program management, with experience building, scaling, or executing a PMO in defense-tech, new-space, DoD, or FFRDC organizations

Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and government acquisition processes

Experience drafting proposals, responding to RFIs, and conducting trade studies

Proven ability to collaborate with government agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors

Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Security Clearance

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams

Meticulous attention to detail for documentation and deliverables

Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Security Clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI
