Responsibilities

Own the strategy and iteration of the post campaign platform to improve campaign performance and user experience, and grow overall post supply
Create training and operational guidance for 15+ overseas markets (docs/FAQs/training sessions) to improve efficiency and delivery quality
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver and launch campaign-related features; build reusable configurations, SOPs, and playbooks
Collect feedback from teams and users, identify root causes, propose improvements, and drive fixes to completion
Track key metrics and run post-mortems (participation, conversion, posting efficiency, etc.) to continuously optimize strategy and processes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of experience in product operations or campaign operations
Fluent in English as a working language; able to collaborate across multiple international markets
Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills; detail-oriented and able to drive projects end-to-end

Preferred

Experience with tool-based campaign platforms or content ecosystems is a plus
