Work closely with all team members contributing to a positive work environment
Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, restaurant, hotel and surrounding area
Understand and utilize the steps of service
Accurately take orders, confirm special requests and upsell
Inspect all food and beverage for accuracy and presentation before delivering
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction responding proactively to any customer needs
Maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment
Operate with a clean as you go and pre-buss work ethic
Complete all opening and closing side work
Greet and seat customers when needed
Previous high volume and fine dining experience preferred
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
