They are seeking a Client Service Analyst to assist clients with questions and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Assisting clients by phone, email, and chat to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
Ensuring clients get the most value out of our software
Working closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams
Turning every interaction into a positive experience and every problem into a solution
Helping customers resolve technical challenges and guiding them through new features
Documenting insights that improve our processes
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or help desk roles, ideally in a SaaS or software environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you're clear, empathetic, and professional
A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with curiosity and patience
Comfort with technology and a genuine desire to help people succeed with it
Preferred
Previous payroll experience, or light accounting experience
