Responsibilities
Identify levers: Tap data, research, and local teams to identify levers to maximize drover success and business value around the world
Scale: Guide expansion and tuning of Uber Pro updates as they scale internationally
Align teams: Work closely with teams across Uber including Eng, Data Science, and Operations to align business and product strategy
Execute: Translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes
Contribute: Partner closely with other Loyalty teams on the loyalty tech platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
Experience working with design on complex UI challenges
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
Experience building consumer products. This is a user-focused role, so experience delivering highly successful and creative mobile user-facing products is a must
Experience using data to drive strategic decisions. This is a complex problem space, requiring experience with experimentation and data-driven decision-making
Experience reward systems
Preferred
Experience in workforce management
Deep understanding of marketplace mechanics
Program management experience for scaled technology products
Experience launching products 0-1
