Responsibilities
Program, configure, and implement PLC-based control systems
Develop PLC and HMI programs to control baggage handling and conveyor systems
Support control panel installation, on-site commissioning, and system debugging
Collaborate with electrical design engineers to verify proper system design
Troubleshoot field issues and support startup activities at customer sites
Create and maintain technical documentation and system descriptions
Travel to customer sites across North America as project needs require
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE, EET, CECS preferred) or equivalent experience
3+ years of controls engineering experience
Hands-on PLC programming, debugging, and commissioning experience
Experience in baggage handling systems (BHS) or material handling / conveyor systems
Preferred
Experience with SCADA platforms (Wonderware, Intellution, InduSoft, etc.)
AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical experience
Experience across parcel, distribution, fulfillment, or airport baggage systems
