Responsibilities
Conduct requirements gathering sessions and Fit-Gap workshops with stakeholders
Document process flows , use cases , functional specifications , and design documents
Work closely with SMEs to capture and validate user requirements and system functionality
Create and maintain wireframes , prototypes , and detailed functional specifications
Validate architecture models , data models , and specifications for clarity and completeness
Prepare detailed system specifications for unit tasks, automated processes, and integration points
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate interpretation of user specifications
Incorporate scalability , security , and performance considerations into product architecture
Manage and maintain knowledge documents for system support, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Act as a liaison between end users , product teams , and developers to ensure smooth communication and delivery
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Functional / Business Systems Analyst
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and documentation
Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design specifications
Solid understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and integration points
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs, developers, and product teams
