Mid LevelSandstone Healthcare Group is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Liaison / Marketing professional to support census growth and referral development for a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. This role blends clinical knowledge with relationship-based marketing and serves as a key connector between hospitals, referral partners, and the facility.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community referral sources
Review clinical referrals and assess appropriateness for admission in collaboration with nursing leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital and community referrals
Promote facility services, specialty programs, and clinical outcomes
Support census development and bed management strategies
Conduct facility tours and participate in community outreach as needed
Track referral activity, conversion rates, and census trends
Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in SNF / LTC, post-acute, or healthcare marketing or liaison role
Clinical background (RN, LPN, LVN, or therapy experience)
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care authorization processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
