Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before submission
Update records, correct inconsistencies, and track changes
Coordinate with loan officers and processors to clarify missing or unclear details
Maintain organized digital files and follow strict data-handling procedures
Generate basic data reports for teams as required
Qualification
Required
Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong understanding of data entry best practices
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM or LOS systems
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks
Preferred
Basic knowledge of mortgage processes is a plus
