Responsibilities
Operate the front doors allowing in/out access to the property
Assist residents in unloading luggage, groceries, from vehicles, grocery carts are available as well as luggage carts
Issue parking passes
Review the guest registration & resident parking logs & communicate any outstanding issues
Assist non-residents with signing in at front desk
Residents need to be called & notified of guests
Receive and process deliveries
Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas
Qualification
Required
Provide friendly, courteous greetings
Be willing to assist residents, guests, service providers, and contractors
Operate the front doors allowing in/out access to the property
Assist residents in unloading luggage, groceries from vehicles
Issue parking passes
Review the guest registration & resident parking logs & communicate any outstanding issues
Assist non-residents with signing in at front desk
Call & notify residents of guests
Receive and process deliveries
Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas
Must be available to work any day of the weekend
Must be available to work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm
Preferred
Being on call for emergencies would be great but not required
