Investment Sales Representative – Private Markets
Cebron Group is building a global private markets platform focused on acquisition-driven growth strategies across technology, industrials, healthcare, and infrastructure. They are seeking individuals to originate, qualify, and close accredited investors for proprietary private market transactions.

Responsibilities
Source, engage, and qualify accredited investors (individuals, family offices, and investment entities)
Conduct high-level investment discussions and guide prospects through deal materials
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closed capital
Coordinate with internal investor relations and management on allocations and closings
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling high-ticket, trust-based financial or investment products
Comfortable with performance-weighted compensation
Strong phone, Zoom, and written communication skills
Ability to explain complex offerings clearly and confidently
Self-directed, disciplined, and outcome-oriented
Preferred
Prior experience with accredited investors, private placements, or alternative investments is a strong plus
