Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls in a fast-paced environment
Resolve Tier 1 level issues efficiently and accurately
Review taxpayer accounts to ensure up-to-date information
Verify, gather, and update key information in multiple systems simultaneously
Educate taxpayers on online resources and current tax policies
Submit requests for payment arrangements as needed
Document all actions taken in the appropriate systems
Participate actively in team engagement activities
Meet or exceed established performance expectations
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of recent call center experience
