Required

3-6 years of solid litigation experience, preferably with some trial experience and experience drafting and arguing motions or conducting depositions
Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent team player skills with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and the flexibility to engage and collaborate across the firm's capabilities and practice areas
Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions that meet client and team needs
California Bar membership in good standing

Preferred

Prior experience as a judicial law clerk is a plus
