Operations Manager
Entrusted is launching a new branch in Charlotte, NC, and is seeking an Operations Manager to play a key role in this expansion. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure process effectiveness, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities
Establish and execute mitigation processes consistent with Entrusted’s operational standards
Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
Monitor job performance, timelines, and costs to meet revenue and gross profit goals
Identify and implement process improvements as the branch scales
Direct and support field team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance and results
Help build a strong, engaged team culture aligned with Entrusted’s core values
Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members
Ensure consistent satisfaction among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Sales, Construction, and Operations leadership
Communicate clearly and effectively to align expectations as volume increases
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and ownership
Lead with integrity, sound judgment, and strong decision-making
Model Entrusted’s beliefs, values, and leadership traits daily
Establish and execute processes consistent with Entrusted’s standards
Meet/exceed revenue and gross profit goals for mitigation department
Development of team members to help the location continue to scale
Foster a culture consistent with Entrusted’s core beliefs and values
Ensure consistent partner satisfaction, especially as the branch continues to scale
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to work in a 'blue collar' environment

2+ years of supervising/managing people, ideally in field services, operations, or similarly fast-paced environments
