Responsibilities
Lead visual execution across campaigns and brand initiatives
Turn concepts into scalable, flexible visual systems
Help evolve and protect brand visual systems
Guide and mentor Senior Designers through feedback and example
Partner tightly with copy, motion, and production to solve problems creatively
Ensure the work is smart, polished, and production-ready
Manage multiple workstreams with confidence and clarity
Design visual assets for integrated omnichannel campaigns, spanning in-store, digital, and print
Build mood boards, storyboards, visual explorations, layouts, and design systems that turn ideas into reality
Help shape cohesive visual and messaging frameworks for brands
Deliver work that’s grounded in the brief, aligned to strategy, and true to the brand
Partner closely with copywriters to make the work sharper, smarter, and more human
Collaborate with motion designers and animators to bring visual ideas to life
Prep clean, production-ready files with pride in craft and organization
Work seamlessly with production designers, producers, and animators
Show up to brainstorms, critiques, and reviews with ideas—and opinions
Keep quality high, even when timelines are tight
Juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of visual design experience, some agency-side preferred
A strong portfolio of integrated omnichannel work. Retail experience, a plus
Experience balancing design direction and hands-on execution
A sharp eye, strong point of view, and collaborative mindset
Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
Comfort using AI-assisted tools to explore, ideate, and iterate
