Responsibilities

Inspecting, testing, packing, and maintaining parachutes and related equipment

Rigging supplies and equipment for air drop

Supervising or performing repairs on cargo and personnel parachutes

Ensuring all parachuting equipment is in optimal condition

Required

Attend a 16-20-week paid training program to gain skills and certifications in leadership, quality control, aircraft regulatory standards, material handling, safety regulations, parachute operations, cargo loading procedures, cargo testing, cargo inspection, equipment maintenance, equipment repair, parachute rigging and handling cargo

Proficiency in sewing

Knowledge of various parachute systems

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong sense of responsibility

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
