Actively prospect and sell to assigned market segments while delivering exceptional customer service and driving overall hotel performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned market segments, including key community members and influencers, to enhance the hotel’s visibility and financial results
Negotiate and close group business while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Create customized proposals and deliver timely, high-quality service in a professional and engaging manner
Execute the hotel’s marketing and sales strategies to achieve departmental objectives
Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and hotel leadership team
Complete all required reports accurately and within established deadlines
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Prior hotel sales experience required
Preferred
Marriott brand experience preferred
