Responsibilities
Manage cases, varying in complexity, from inception to resolution with supervision and mentoring
Draft pleadings, motions, memorandums, discovery requests, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations
Conduct legal research and case investigations
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in conjunction with managing cases and clients
Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal counsel
Develop strategies and contribute to achieving favorable outcomes for clients
Work independently while managing multiple cases effectively
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
2-4 years of experience practicing civil litigation
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Proficiency in case management and legal research software
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
