CFS is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to support a fast-paced, global revenue function during a critical period. This role will manage monthly revenue close, support audit readiness, and analyze performance across multiple entities and currencies.

Responsibilities

Manage the full monthly revenue close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
Pull schedules, perform detailed reviews, and create journal entries based on findings
Ensure accuracy across eight entities and multiple currencies
Analyze large datasets to evaluate performance against internal metrics
Identify revenue opportunities, missed billings, and customer trends
Support internal partners with recurring and ad hoc reporting
Review contracts for key financial terms and ensure compliance with US GAAP revenue recognition standards
Partner with AR to ensure contract terms are properly interpreted and reflected in the ERP system
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
Manage audit request lists, gather required information, and communicate progress
Support year-end close through final reconciliations and schedule preparation

Required

Strong technical accounting skills, especially in revenue recognition
Experience preparing audit support and responding to auditor requests
Ability to work with very large datasets and identify variances quickly
Strong analytical skills and comfort navigating multiple entities and currencies
Ability to work independently, ask questions, and communicate when roadblocks arise

Preferred

Accounting degree or public accounting experience
Experience in large, multi‑stream revenue environments
ERP experience (any system), with comfort pulling and manipulating large data exports
Heavy use of Excel for large‑volume data pulls, trend analysis, and reconciliation
Advanced filtering, pivoting, and data manipulation required
