Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Assist in maintaining and improving the company's IT systems
Oversee human resources management, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and employee satisfaction efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the homebuilding or construction industry
Proficiency in accounting software that is part of a homebuilder ERP, such as Sage 300, ECI Mark Systems, Hyphen, is a bonus
Proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
