Responsibilities
Communicate and explain basic account information to the customer, including their billing statements
Aid users with our online billing system
Maintain composure in stressful situations, manage and diffuse high-tension situations
Maintain high-quality customer service
Participate in phone rotation
Research miscellaneous issues from our accounts & agencies
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail
Desire to provide great customer service
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, manage and diffuse high-tension situations
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be self-motivated and able to stay focused, even when working from home
Reliable and punctual
The ability to work independently and make logical decisions based on the information provided
Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications
Preferred
Call center experience (1+ years preferred)
Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Insurance experience is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
