Responsibilities

Provide counsel on siting, permitting, and development of electric transmission lines, infrastructure and gas pipelines

Represent clients before the New York State Public Service Commission, Department of Public Service, and other siting regulatory bodies

Draft and review applications, permits, and compliance filings under Article VII and Article VII and related statutes

Conduct environmental and land use reviews under SEQRA

Advise on stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and risk management

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure application development compliance

Provide litigation support in administrative hearings or disputes

Monitor evolving energy policies and advise clients on implications
