Residential Mortgage is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Mortgage Division. The role involves supporting Mortgage Loan Originators by managing documents, organizing communications, and creating marketing materials to aid clients in achieving homeownership.

Responsibilities
Be the master of organization: answering calls, managing calendars, filing paperwork, and keeping things tidy and on-track
Be the inbox whisperer: organizing and following up on emails like a boss
Be the data hero: entering new loan contracts, ordering reports, and making sure every “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed
Be a marketing maven: creating open house flyers and helping with client outreach
Be a detail detective: proofreading documents, pulling records, and keeping compliance on point
Plus other fun and essential tasks that make you the glue that holds it all together!
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
At least 1 year of admin experience
Stellar communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between
Tech-savvy and Microsoft Office fluent
A ninja-like attention to detail and time management
A customer-first attitude – always professional, always kind
Preferred
Bonus points if admin experience is in mortgages or lending!
